Cancellation Policy
A $25 non-refundable retainer fee is required after booking your appointment to secure your slot. Retainer payments can be sent via PayPal, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
I do allow a 15-minute grace period for unforeseen circumstances or delays. However, clients must notify me within that 15-minute time frame. Failure to communicate may result in appointment cancellation.
Depending on the reason for a no-show or late arrival, future booking privileges may be denied. Most no-shows will result in cancellation and refusal of rebooking.
